T680 Kenworth Truck
Few brands of any product carry the kind of respect that Kenworth does. Kenworth saw its beginning in Portland, Oregon by two brothers in 1912. Two years later the brothers decided to build a more powerful inline engine, known as the Gersix. When Edgar K. Worthington and Captain Frederick Kent saw the potential of the business, they quickly bought the company. In 1923 they renamed it based on their names, Kenworth.
A large degree of Kenworth's success can no doubt be accounted for in its easily and well recognized models such as it's W900, T2000, T600, and, perhaps best of all the T800. Introduced in 1986, the T800 made headlines as the first aerodynamic truck model. Today it continues to be one of the most widely used and desired models.
Kenworth's ability to produce both high quality day cabs as well as high quality sleeper trucks has always appealed to what Michigan Truck & Equipment Sales of Grand Rapids, Michigan sells.
